We inform you that by registering for the Emergence Guarantee Program you will provide personal data which is processed for the purpose of fulfilling the Program activities as described in the Program document.

The Data Controller is Pioneer Hi Bred Romania S.R.L., DN 2, KM.19 ROOMS P04 and P1.10, Floor P, 077104 Șindrilița Village -Romania (Data Controller or Pioneer). The Data Controller has elected as Data Processors the following two companies that provide services in relation to the execution of the Program:

• DigiFarm AS, Holsetgata 22, 2317 Hamar -Norway
• Fronterax Technologies S.L., Av. Bulevar Príncipe Alfonso de Hohenlohe, num 2, Planta 1, Puerta 3.5 (The Pool), 29600 Marbella, Málaga – Spain

The Data Controller informs that the personal data processed (First and Last name, phone, email, field GPS coordinates, planting date, purchase information, claim and compensation data, financial account (IBAN), signature, compensation method and value) will be stored in the European Union.

The legal basis for personal data processing is the legitimate interest of the Data Controller to administer the Program and compensate accepted claims.

The personal data may be shared within the Corteva Agriscience group of companies, partners, and selected third parties service providers in other countries for the same purpose(s) mentioned above. We have put in place adequate measures, such as the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission to protect your information.

The personal data will be retained for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Notice unless a longer retention period is required or allowed by law.
